"Supporting teenage mental health"
As Founder and CEO of teenage mental health charity stem4, I am delighted to watch Tim's journey. Given the transformational impact that his part in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Row 2021-22 has had on enabling the charity to expand its reach in supporting young people's mental health, I have no doubt that his skills will be truly impactful for many others.
Tim's ability to garner support for stem4 has been inspirational and enabled stem4 to reach new heights. Tim's personal story was a key driver in his determination and passion to succeed, one which I'm sure he will he carry through to his new ventures and beyond. Tim will always be part of the stem4 family.

'Tim raised thousands of pounds for us competing in the London Duathlon in memory of his late mother. We thank Tim for his efforts, we're sure his Mum would have been proud.'
LUPUS UK is the only national registered charity supporting people with systemic lupus and discoid lupus and assisting those approaching diagnosis. We presently have over 5500 Members and a number of Regional Groups around the UK who arrange medical talks, publish local newsletters, set up local occasions and organise fundraising events.
Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease where the immune system is dysfunctional and mistakenly identifies the body’s own tissues as foreign invaders. In people with lupus, the immune system creates autoantibodies to attack the body’s tissues. These form immune complexes which cause inflammation and damage – possibly affecting the organs and/or the joints in some lupus patients. Lupus disproportionately affects females and people from Black African, Caribbean, and Asian ancestries.
More recently Tim has been helping Snow Camp - Snowsports Youth Charity in their efforts to turn young under-privileged lives around through the power of snowsports.
Snow Camp's vision is that snowsports be available to all and for young people to achieve their full potential through positive opportunities.
